Women's Bowling Wins Eastern Conference Championship
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – The MCCAA announced its conference bowling awards on Wednesday (Feb. 5) afternoon.
The Mid Michigan College women's bowling team clinched the MCCAA Eastern Conference title last Friday (Jan. 31) at Riverwood Resort and had a number of award winners following the regular season.
Khaila Bullard was named the East Bowler of the Year and also earned All-Conference honors.
Joining Bullard on the All-Conference team was Lilly Massaway, Becca Claypool, and Mallorie Ecker.
Massaway was also named East Freshman of the Year and named to the All-Freshman team. Also earning All-Freshman honors was Kennedy Cassel.
The postseason begins for the Lakers on Friday (Feb. 7) when they compete in the MCCAA Championships. The event will begin at 9:00 AM from MerriBowl Lanes in Livonia, Mich.
