GRAYLING, Mich. – Delaney Seaman scored 29 points on 12-of-14 shooting, and the No. 9 Mid Michigan College women's basketball team (15-2, 3-0) earned a 121-42 road victory over MCCAA Northern Conference foe Kirtland on Saturday (Jan. 18).
The Lakers reached 100+ points for the third straight game. Chloe Watson added 18 points and eight assists, while Rachel Resio posted 18 points, eight assists, and six steals.
Paige Ebels recorded 14 points, while Makayla Watkins added 11. Watkins also pulled down six rebounds to lead Mid in that category.
Mid shot 49-of-86 from the field as a team, and 12-of-31 from three-point land.
The Lakers return to Morey Courts on Wednesday (Jan. 22) to take on Delta College at 5:30 PM.
