MUSKEGON, Mich. – The No. 6 Mid Michigan College women's basketball team saw their 19-game winning streak come to an end Wednesday night with a 66-57 loss at Muskegon.
Chloe Watson led the Lakers (23-3, 11-1 MCCAA North) with 16 points, Rachel Resio added 15. Paige Ebels posted 10 points.
Jiaryatou Cisse pulled down eight rebounds and dished out three assists.
The Jayhawks (20-5, 10-2 MCCAA North) were led by Anna Lundquist with 22 points.
Mid will host Alpena for Sophomore Night at Morey Courts on Friday (Feb. 21). The Lumberjacks and Lakers will tip off at 5:30 PM.
